Axdea, bim-based ibs calculator

Axdea is a BIM-based IBS Calculator software and is another product of Innovacia Sdn Bhd released on 26th March 2018 during the International Construction Week (ICW) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As part of our contribution and support to the Malaysian Construction Industry, Innovacia Sdn Bhd has announced that Axdea software will be distributed for FREE in conjunction with our first release of Version 1.0.

About AXDEA

Axdea has been developed on several open source technologies such as Open CASCADE, Coin3D, QT, Python and others to suit our users' custom preference.

Axdea is a 3D CAD modeler software with the following features:-

IBS Scoring System: Automatic calculation of IBS score based on the Malaysian Construction Industry Standard.

BIM-based: Axdea supports the use of Material and IFC file for Building Information Modeling.

Spreadsheet: Extract data from the models to spreadsheet and export to CSV format

Task Oriented Design: Specific tools for specific task such as arhictectural, mechanical, structural, drafting, simulation and many more. The tools are grouped into Workbenches for convenience.

Parametric Modelling: Full parametric modelling software based on properties for precision.

Macros and Python: Modular architecture to allow plugins to add more functionality using Python scripts or Macros. Record complex actions and replay for future convenience.

Import/Export: STEP, IGES, OBJ, STL, DXF, SVG, STL, DAE, IFC, NASTRAN, VRML and many more

DWG Support: Import/Export DWG format using Teigha converter.

3D Printing: 3D printing ready.
